Are you an experienced HC Driver with a background in civil construction or road works? Secure a stable casual role operating a spray seal truck for one of Australia's leading infrastructure companies.

This role offers a competitive rate and the opportunity to work on major projects across the state, with away work being a key part of the job.

The Role and Responsibilities

As a Spray Seal Operator, you will be primarily responsible for the safe and effective operation of specialized spray seal trucks during road maintenance and construction projects.

  • Operate and drive Heavy Combination (HC) vehicles to and from project sites.

  • Operate the spray seal unit to apply bitumen, emulsion, and other surfacing materials.

  • Conduct pre-start checks, safety inspections, and routine maintenance on plant and equipment.

  • Work as part of a crew to deliver road infrastructure projects efficiently.

  • Commit to working away from home on various project rotations.

What You'll Need

  • A current and valid HC Driver's Licence is essential.

  • Proven experience operating spray seal trucks, or relevant experience in mobile plant operation within the civil or construction sector.

  • Willingness and availability to work away from home on regular rotations.

  • A strong commitment to safety and following all site procedures.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
